I feel so privileged to be able to visit schools and young people and develop a bespoke mindfulness programme for them. The aim is to provide students with the tools to overcome their anxieties especially during exam times, teaching them breathing techniques, how to mediate, Being present, strategies for overcoming panic attacks. Small Targeted groups work so well in this environment.
